Ruth
              Miller Ruth Miller has nearly 20 years experience in recruitment, both on the supply side and working in senior roles in house with retail businesses such as Debenhams and Dixons Retail.  Roles range from operational, where Ruth managed large teams, and strategic ones driving through the implementation of direct hiring models and  developing effective employer attraction and selection toolkits, including the introduction of recruitment systems and launch of careers sites.   Having been part of restructuring projects, Ruth is very experienced at managing outplacement and giving advice to individuals being made redundant or looking to change career.

Projects range from ATS and Managed Service implementations, to mapping, research and market intelligence on organisation structure for senior and specialist roles. With mapping Ruth has recently successfully managed a wide range of projects for fashion, food and technology retailers as well as hospitality and fmcg businesses. She has also created and run a number of workshops on using social media effectively for recruitment and implementing direct hiring models.

Ruth is also a partner with Talent Collective,working as an associate to run social media and direct hiring workshops. As well as partnering with corporate clients,Ruth does career counseling and CV writing to support individuals who, for example, have been on career breaks, are dealing with redundancy, wanting to change career or are graduates looking to navigate the job market. She lectures on career development at the Fashion Retail Academy and runs career counseling workshops for the Peter Jones National Enterprise Academy.
